ClickUp is a feature-rich platform. Whilst this is a strong marketing point for the platform, oftentimes in reality, this is a double-edged sword for a lot of companies.
ClickUp can facilitate a range of use cases, and cater to a variety of roles in your company simultaneously.
However, because there is so much ClickUp "CAN" do, companies often build ClickUp solutions that are cluttered, over-engineered, and feel complicated for the end-user.
A lot of my clients are existing ClickUp users, who after investing time and money into bringing their team into ClickUp are struggling with adoption across the company.
The key to effective change management is providing a solution that's easy to understand, and easy to see the value of.

Instead of creating multiple distinct views for each role, and team within your Workspace each role and team can have its Dashboard!
This is valuable because:
Dashboards can be made private to a group within your Workspace (Decluttering!)
End-users can be trained/onboarded more easily by pointing them to a single location
End-users save time every day by not needing to navigate to multiple locations within the Workspace
ClickUp Pie Charts, Graphs, Calculations, Timesheets, etc. can provide context that would be unavailable within a task view
Work with your team leads / roles to create Dashboards catered to the way they work. Gather their input to promote a sense of ownership and boost adoption.
